2. Your acceptance of these terms

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of the content on our Sites must always be acknowledged.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
